I have been following your blogs frequently. This year for CNY, I also made some Kuih Ros. This recipe is from 'Flavours' magazine (Dec 02- Feb 03). <BR/><BR/>150ml thick coconut milk<BR/>90g castor sugar<BR/>1 grade A egg<BR/>50ml water<BR/>1/8 tsp salt<BR/>100g plain flour, sifted<BR/>50g rice flour<BR/><BR/>The above recipe turned out to be very nice.
